Replace an existing light fitting for a new one supplied by the customer. 💡 Please note: Installation of chandeliers or large/heavy fittings may incur an additional charge. This will be confirmed before work begins.

⚙️ Service Booking Policy – SG Electrical Thank you for booking with SG Electrical. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please take a moment to read the following general policy: 🕒 Appointments Appointment times are estimates and may vary slightly due to traffic or overrunning jobs. I’ll always do my best to notify you in advance if I’m running behind. 🏠 Access Requirements Please ensure someone is present at the property during the scheduled time. Clear and safe access to the work area is required before work can begin. ⚡ Service Scope All prices listed include standard labour and materials unless otherwise stated. Any additional work or materials required outside of the described service will be discussed and quoted before proceeding. External sockets must be mounted directly to the main property wall, as noted in the service description. 🚗 Travel & Charges Any additional travel costs, such as Congestion Charge, ULEZ fees, or toll roads, will be added to your final bill if applicable. I will always inform you in advance if these charges apply. 💳 Payment Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, or invoice (upon request). 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee. ✅ Certifications All work is carried out to current UK regulations (BS 7671), and where applicable, NICEIC certification will be provided.
